  • Pogba needs to rediscover his early form under Solskjaer.

The winter transfer window is just a month away, but that hasn’t stopped the rumours of various players potentially being on the move.

Across the world of football, there remains plenty of activity and stories that have football fans talking.

Here, we look at the latest transfer deals that could happen when the market reopens in January.

    PAUL POGBA

Juventus will not ditch their attempts to sign Pogba after Manchester United’s sacking of Jose Mourinho, report Calciomercato.

The Serie A champions thought they had a better chance of bringing the France international back to Turin in the summer rather than in January.

Mourinho’s sacking has not changed Juve’s stance, with the Italian club hopeful of re-signing Pogba in the summer, although the move could hinge on United’s appointment of a full-time manager.

    MESUT OZIL

Former Arsenal midfielder Perry Groves believes the Gunners could offload Ozil to Paris Saint-Germain in January with Adrien Rabiot coming in the other direction.

Rabiot simply lost his place at PSG but “nothing broke” between the midfielder and Thomas Tuchel, according to the coach. Rabiot is suspended from the team, but Tuchel claims the midfielder being dropped prior – his last start was December 5 – had to do with performance and not anything else.

“I think PSG could be an option for him (Ozil),” Groves told the Daily Star.

“One, they can pay his wages, but two, they’ve got the lad Adrien Rabiot. Emery likes him because he plays in the ten role but also works hard. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a little swap deal on the cards.”

    JADON SANCHO

Real Madrid and Bayern Munich are keeping tabs on Bundesliga sensation Sancho.

Sancho has established himself as one of the most promising wonder-kids in Europe after tearing up the Bundesliga with Borussia Dortmund this season.

The 18-year-old joined the German side from Manchester City’s academy in search of playing time.

Madrid were one of the many clubs that tired securing his signature when he was looking to leave City and Marca report that Los Blancos are keeping tabs on the teenager.
