  • Exquisite: The venue has a special menu for the Euro.

All eyes will be on Paris on Sunday night as hosts France take on Portugal in the Euro 2016 final and if you’re looking for a venue with a vibrant atmosphere, then look no further than Café Belge.

Situated at Ritz-Carlton hotel in Dubai International Financial Centre, it’s been a big hit with the visitors since it opened its doors in 2014, thanks largely to the Belgian dishes and unique interior design.

There has been a great turn-out during the tournament so far, and although Belgium will not be vying for the top honours, it will still be the place to witness who will be crowned the champions of Europe.

“Euro 2016 has been a very big success for us so far,” said Arnaud Cazes, restaurant manager. “The atmosphere has been vibrant regardless of which nations have been playing and we expect that to continue on Sunday for the big final.”

He added: “Considering we are a Belgian restaurant and bar, there were a lot of fans who watched Belgium during the competition before they got knocked out.

“Given we are located in a stunning venue at DIFC, there have been many fans of different countries supporting their teams at Café Belge.

“The England and Germany matches were really popular and that shows we’re not only dependent on Belgian fans just because we are a Belgian restaurant and bar.”

Given the importance of the competition, the venue boasts an 11.4sq metre screen – one of the largest in DIFC, meaning wherever you sit or stand, you will not miss that important goal or incident.

Besides watching superstars Cristiano Ronaldo, Paul Pogba and Antoine Griezmann in action, you can also indulge yourself in some delicious dishes while there will a selection of beverage promotions on offer.

“In addition to a la carte dishes, a special bar menu will also be served throughout the championship, offering a selection of all-time favourites, including oysters, Moules-Frites and our renowned Café Belge Wagyu burger, alongside mini versions of classics such as Tuna Tartar and Filet American, said Caze.

“The food is classically Belgian and served with finesse while this is all complemented by refined service and Belgian warmth.”
