  • Dubai is never short on ways to exercise and now the emirate has another workout experience that’s sure to be a hit in Barry’s Bootcamp.

The original boutique lifestyle brand has opened its first Middle East location at Central Park Towers in DIFC, with the studio marking the 13th Barry’s Bootcamp location globally.

The space is custom-designed to accommodate a studio with a 50-person capacity, while also featuring their signature Fuel Bar, serving up Barry’s own recipes, healthy smoothies and snacks, along with a clothing boutique selling Barry’s original workout apparel. Other amenities include a men’s and women’s locker room and a selfie station.

As far as what fitness fanatics can expect, Barry’s is a one-stop signature class to a leaner and harder body, with the workout results driven to push participants to their physical and mental limits.

Barry’s signature method utilises the most effective combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) by incorporating 25-30 minutes of interval-based cardio-vascular routines on treadmills with 25-30 minutes of strength training using free weights, resistance bands, and more. A one-hour class incinerates fat, burns up to 1,000 calories, and releases stress.

The studio calendar is uniquely customised to focus on a different body part each day of the week, offering participants a complete, full-body fitness regime. No class is ever supposed to be the same so participants never plateau.

Do arms and abs on Monday, legs on Tuesday, chest, back and abs on Wednesday, hard core abs on Thursday and a full body workout on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to round out the week.

Barry’s classes are also held in dim lit, red studios to motivating playlists. The room adds an element of excitement to the workout while enabling participants to dig deeper and lose themselves in the physical moment. The instructors coach and motivate the group to run and work harder so partici-
    pants can maximise their results.

You can check out the Barry’s Bootcamp experience for yourself in Dubai, with introductory sessions priced at Dh80, while class packages and memberships are also available.
