Reform Athletica, the new boutique fitness studio in Dubai, has officially opened its doors to the public.
Nestled away in the prime location on Jumeirah Beach Road, Jumeirah 1, Reform Athletica is a one-of-a-kind fitness studio that differentiates itself from other workout offerings in the market.
Inspired by the vibrant fitness scenes of New York, London and Los Angeles, the energetic studio launches with a brand philosophy of offering ‘accessible fitness for all’ and focuses on the maintenance of fitness at all stages of life as an enjoyable part of a regular fitness routine.
“Reform Athletica is a product of our love for fitness and art. We were inspired by our personal experience of the benefits of regular Pilates and TRX exercise and decided to open our own studio designed to represent our vision of the ideal exercise space,” said Dina ElShurafa, founder of Reform Athletica.
Offering fun, addictive exercise in a comfortable, intimate and personal environment, the new luxury, exclusive studio ensures their classes are capped at 10-12 people at a time, promising customers a personal training experience in a group environment.
The fitness studio will offer their signature classes – called Reform Method and TRX Athletica – that are all designed to effectively combine strength, endurance, cardio and flexibility training, resulting in a full body workout in every session.
Personal training is also available in two beautifully designed private studios.
Reform Athletica has sought to work with other local home-grown brands such as Nai, Spill the Bean and Koldpress juice, that share the same passion and vision of giving back to the community and making a difference by raising environmental awareness.
Excellent equipment is available for all users.
The fitness studio will also be offering only filtered water to consumers to fill up their branded S’well bottles and biodegradable sweat bags to aim to reduce the use of plastic and decrease wastage.
The new feel-good positive destination promotes health, balance and the importance of being environmentally-friendly, all housed in an artistic hub filled with creative displays by the likes of Mandy Barker – whose work is motivated to raise awareness about plastic pollution in the world’s oceans whilst highlighting the harmful effects on marine life and ultimately ourselves.
Reform Athletica promises that no prior experience is required for any class with a brand philosophy of accessible fitness for all.
Classes start from Dh130. Packages are available, including a 40-class package for Dh4,200 that is valid for 12 months.
