Schauman finally gets his hand on a Cadillac

Tournament host Fredrik Schauman played one of the low rounds of his life to finally secure the bragging rights of this week’s Cadillac Golf Cup League (CGCL).

At the Faldo Course of Emirates Golf Club, Schauman scored a gross 71 (one-under par). He made five birdies and one eagle in his round, playing the back nine holes in twounder par gross and closed the win with a long birdie putt on the 560 yard par-five 16th.

“My driving was fantastic, probably best ever. I used a new Shotmaker titanium inset in my driver for the first time and it worked like a dream,” said Schauman, who drove home the new 2015 Cadillac Escalade for a week and 500 Cadillac Golf Cup points.

Williams, with five wins against the course, was runner-up.

SJ Jeong was the Division 2 runner up behind Osman.
