The Beach Run, presented by Sport360 in association with Dubai Sports Council and Daman’s ActiveLife, brought together people from all over the UA E for the fun-filled event.

There was a 1.8km Family Run, in addition to a 3.6km Fun Run for more adventurous runners, and a 7.2km Serious Run for avid competitors.

Plenty of room for improvement and definitely have a long way to go before I can catch up with @jfrankham but certainly not a bad start to a Saturday morning! Running on sand is a whole new experience on my shins I can tell you that!
