Start the weekend off with these high-energy workouts organized by FitnessInDXB, which take place every Friday morning. Consisting of a mix of strongman and circuit training exercises, the sessions take place in the outdoor setting of TKMMA gym in Media City, and are open to all fitness levels.
A number of trainers lead the session, which can get upwards of 30 people attending, and they do so in support of the Dubai Foundation for Women and Children.
There is no charge to attend the training sessions, but if you do want to contribute to their cause, you can do so via this link. They’re a great, high-energy way to kick off the weekend!

JLT Group Training Sessions
JLT fitness facility SHP Dubai are running free weekly training sessions in the JLT park. Between 9 and 11am every Friday until the summer, the SHP team will be holding four 30 minute group training sessions. Spots are allocated on a first come-first-served basis with a maximum of 20 participants in each 30 minute session.
The goal is for the sessions to be fun, varied and educational and to keep people moving as we were designed to. The sessions are scalable to people of all ages and fitness levels.

Beach to your right, pool to your left. Get bendy with Zero Gravity Dubai every Saturday morning with their free outdoor yoga classes from 9am! All you need to bring is your own yoga mat and you’re ready for a good dose of mid-weekend zen.
