    From Friday, February 10 until Saturday, March 18, Talise Nutrition, Talise Fitness, Talise Spa and DNA Health Center are collaborating to offer a world-class wellness experience right in the heart of the city.

    Held at the Madinat Jumeirah venue under the shadow of the iconic Burj Al Arab, join Talise Fitness for a range of activities, workshops and experiences that mark the fitness facility’s 10-year anniversary.

    From full moon evening yoga to nutrition talks and cookery classes hosted by leading experts across many fields, there is something for everyone.

    Covering ever aspect of fitness, the majority of the activities on offer are complimentary and people are urged to book as soon as possible to secure their spot at the ever-popular event.

    Among the highlights, there will be a talk by Dr. Nasim Ashraf on Wednesday February 15 discussing the topic of “How to Detox at Home”, while world-renowned photographer Richard Pilnick will be hosting a yoga and art exhibition on a daily basis for you to enjoy – and to help you get some ideas too.

    You can also get expert advice on skin conditioning, workout tips and even have your cholesterol and blood pressure tested.

    And if you’re looking for the ideal Valentine’s Day night out, there’s also a love-in sunset yoga class for couples on the evening of February 14. But, if that’s not for you, why don’t you try Tai Chi with Master Can on the beach in early March.

    With all of the activities taking place within the grounds of the Madinat, it couldn’t be easier to hop between different workshops and engage with leading specialists in their respective fields.
