This weekend, ISD Athletics launches its new fitness bootcamp run by Olympic athlete Andy Turner.
Turner brings an incredible resume of 110m hurdles gold medals at the Commonwealth Games and European Championships, along with a podium place at the Worlds in 2011.
And he will now be leading classes where you will run, jump, squat, lunge, and punch your way to fitness – all in a fun but focused environment.
A mix of cardio and strength training, classes will give you an all-body workout that with get you on the right road for your fitness journey and make you want to return week after week.
Classes start this Saturday, March 13 from 9am -10am costing AED120 or AED 960 for 10 sessions.
