Yasalam’s Get Driver Fit programme, brought to you by Daman’s Activelife initiative and organized by FLASH Entertainment, is bringing its message of a healthy and active lifestyle to younger generations with free fitness classes for UAE residents 12-and-up.
Enjoy your workout along the picturesque Abu Dhabi Corniche and head down to the new Muscle Beach in the GDF Fitness Zone from 19 November throughout Yasalam’s Live on the Corniche.
The GDF Fitness Zone will run daily drop-in beach fitness classes as well as allow fitness enthusiasts to try their own workout at the open air Muscle Beach gym with a custom-built functional training rig and equipment, all completely free.
After undergoing 7 weeks of fitness training and development, the third year of the Get Driver Fit programme will see an enthralling finale with residents cheering on competitors for the final part of their competition – GDF Obstacle Course Challenge on 20 November at 4pm. The best male and female competitors win a trip for two to the Seychelles.
Join the fitness fun yourself and test your fitness in the second GDF Obstacle Course open daily between 19 and 22 November from 5pm.
