    Manchester United was named as the most valuable club in Europe, according to a study by professional services firm KPMG.

    The report looked at the finances of 32 clubs and included popularity on social media, operating revenues for three seasons and success in European competitions.

    However, Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane insists he would not swap Ronaldo for the Liverpool icon as the two forwards are set to face off in the Champions League final in Kiev on Saturday.

    Faf du Plessis pulled off a mini miracle as Chennai Super Kings defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by two wickets in the first Qualifier.

    Diego Maradona has promised to build a “competitive” team after the Argentine great was unveiled as Dynamo Brest’s new chairman on Tuesday.

    “I have signed a contract and I’m very honoured,” Maradona said. “I have lived beautiful times in Dubai and moving to Belarus is looking for new horizons and work.”
