Challenge Dubai (Triathlon)
Challenge Dubai provides one of the toughest triathlons about. Here's what is in it for you. A 1.9km swim, followed by a 90km bike ride through the city to the sand dunes of the Nazwa Desert. Then the race finishes with a 21km run along the white sandy coastline, past the marina towards the Palms before doubling back and finishing in the green oasis of the Jumeirah Beach Park. A $300,000 prize purse should be a good enough incentive.
