The bar, located within the JA Ocean View hotel, JBR The Walk, shows live action on a gigantic screen, as well as a number of flat screens dotted around the venue. When the full time whistle blows there’s plenty of entertainment to keep fans occupied before the next match. Guests have the choice of playing darts, table football and pool inside or table tennis on the sprawling outdoor terrace. Offside Bar also has a number of theme nights with sporting prizes, including a weekly Monday quiz night where the winners can enjoy a 500 AED bar tab. Those looking to enter can do so with a maximum of six people, and if you fancy your chances as a lone wolf, you can enter the quiz on your own. The weekend starts early thanks to DJ Pele and DJ Sarah blasting the tunes on Thursday nights, along with drinks offers throughout the evening, and not forgetting the regular happy hour timings of 4pm – 8pm.
