The tournament will be held on Friday, July 10 in the nation’s capital and will bring together competitive amateur players from across the region to challenge the beautiful course.

matter if you’re an avid adult golfer or a junior wanting to get your first taste of competitive play, the tournament welcomes players of various ages.

The only restriction to play in the competition is that players must be amateurs with a valid handicap certificate. The handicap limit is 28 for men and 36 for ladies, with players using three-fourths of the course handicap allowance.

All men will play from the 66 tees, while the ladies will go from the 54 tees.

Juniors will follow suit with the men and also play from the 66 tees.

Hit the greens: A number of prizes will be handed out to the best players at July’s Ramadan Open.

Prizes will be awarded to players who finish in first, second and third place, as well as the men’s and ladies nearest to the pin and longest drive.

The entry fee is Dh100 per golfer for Yas Links members, Dh350 for Emirates Golf Federation members, Dh400 for all other adult guests and Dh195 for juniors aged 16 and under.

Included in the entry fee is one round of golf on the course, pre-round warm up with shared golf cart and bottled water, dinner buffet and prize presentation after play.

With the tournament being popular, entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Should there be more players than the capacity allows, there will be a waiting list for additional entries.
