    Turning 64 today, Sir Richard Hadlee is New Zealand's record-breaking all-rounder who became the first man to take 400 Test wickets.

    A true legend of the game, Hadlee played a total of 85 Tests and 115 ODIs in his career and is regarded as one of the finest players of his generation. 

    Hadlee took a remarkable nine ten-wicket hauls in Test matches and 36 five-fors in single innings while also notching up 2 centuries and fifteen fifties with the bat in the longer format of the game.
