Borussia Dortmund and Spain defender Marc Bartra turns 26 – and is a product of Barcelona’s famed La Masia academy.
The 25-year-old came through the Barcelona youth system to play over 100 times for his boyhood club, winning five La Liga titles and two Champions Leagues.
However, his first-team chances were limited under coach Luis Enrique and he decided to move to the Bundesliga in June 2016, penning a four-year contract with BVB.
For Spain, Bartra continues to be a growing prospect, as a central defender.
