  • Top coaching: EliteSquash Middle East trainers

EliteSquash Middle East is aiming to taking the sport to the next level with bespoke squash training that’ll improve your game, no matter what level you’re at. Working with some of the game’s most experienced coaches, training sessions are tailored to your style and ability, and are available on an individual or group basis. To help you get the best of the session, coaches use detailed movement screening and a personal functional program to help you cover more of the court and reduce the risk of injury.

The EliteSquash Middle East approach is grounded in the belief that squash is not only a dynamic and exciting sport, but is ultimately a powerful way to achieve greatness in all areas of life. In particular, they believe that squash empowers people, spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically. What’s more, squash is one of the most physically demanding sports to play, with little rest and explosive movement it’s easy to burn hundreds of calories in a single game.

The company, now under new management, has put added emphasis on players learning to relax their body during a game in order to find rhythm and timing is at the start of every session. This also allows natural movement patterns to emerge from where technique can be added and guided. A relaxed but sharp player is still able to be deadly and intelligent on the court and use the ease of movement and skill to solve the technical and tactical challenges.

A sample lesson, lasting 45 minutes, is available which will cover an initial consultation for understanding the session theme, a warm up screening, timing drills, technical adjustments and conditioned games before a full review from the coach. Along with coaching sessions, players will also be able to enter into future tournaments and a squash league. Sessions are held at various venues throughout Dubai including the flagship venue at the Steigenberger Hotel Business Bay.

EliteSquash Middle East was founded by Hadrian Stiff, who himself has a track record of producing top players including World champion Mohamed El Shorbagy and Joelle King. He also won the Italian Open, Czech Open, New York Open. Barcelona Open and Swiss Open.
