Upon crossing the finish line, the runners were greeted by the world-famous Finish Festival, where they were blasted with vibrant color and pumping music, driven by 24-time The Color Run MC Max.
There was also a first-ever Color Run marriage proposal at the event, with AlRen Vincent Bucoy going down on his knees at the finish line and Michelle Velasco saying yes.
In keeping with the event’s community focus, $1 from every entry was donated to Friends of Cancer Patients.
Dr Michael Bitzer, Chief Executive Officer of Daman, said: “We are delighted to present this event for the third time in Abu Dhabi. The Color Run provides an invaluable opportunity to inspire health and fitness in the community.”
