There’s still time for Touch enthusiasts across the UAE to dust off their boots and start preparing for the latest edition of the Zurich Corporate Touch 6s with registrations still open.

The Jebel Ali Centre of Excellence in Dubai will be the venue for the event on Saturday, March 7 as companies from across the country look to vie for title glory.
Since its debut in 2011, the event has grown from strength to strength, no surprise given that Touch is continuing to grow at a rapid pace in the UAE.
Playing experience is not required and given Touch is a non-contact sport, there is no minimum age to enter; meaning youngsters can play against older players.
Men’s and mixed teams can register and they will be split into pools, with the top two advancing to the Cup stage, while the third and fourth-placed sides will compete in the Plate competition.
And for those who want to get to grips with the game before the tournament, UAE Touch will be conducting coaching clinics where training and advice required to ensure teams are fully-prepared and pitch-ready to go head-to-head on the day will be provided.
And if you’re not competing in the tournament, then there’s still plenty of reason to attend with many activities and entertainment lined up for spectators.
There will be dedicated ‘Kids Zone’ sponsored by Killik, which will include bouncy castles, arts and crafts along with other games and activities.
Children will also have their moment of glory as local under-7s tag rugby clubs will play in their own mini tournament on the sidelines of the main event.
There will also be plenty of refreshments for those who want to sit back soak up the atmosphere.
