Hosts Russia had an evening to remember as they sent five goals past Saudi Arabia in the first game of World Cup 2018.
A brace from Denis Cheryshev and one goal each from Yury Gazinsky, Artem Dzyuba and Aleksandr Golovin made it a night to remember for Stanislav Cherchesov’s men.
While Gazinsky scored the first goal of the tournament, it was Cheryshev’s second goal that will be remembered for his sheer brilliance.
