  • Mo Farah insisted on Friday ‘I’ve not done anything wrong’ as he faced a barrage of questions over his former coach being banned for doping violations.

Alberto Salazar, who helped transform Farah into Britain’s most-decorated athlete, was sanctioned for four years last week.

Farah has never failed a drugs test and said there was an “agenda” against him.

“Well to be honest it’s very disappointing to see this you guys, again and again and headlines Farah, Farah, Farah,” said the British distance running ace.

“As I said there’s no allegation against me. I’ve not done anything wrong. These allegations, let’s be clear here it’s about Alberto Salazar…”

Asked if he felt let down by Salazar, Farah added: “I feel let down by you guys to be honest.

“There is no allegation against me, as I said again and again, your read a paragraph. You go through… And then right on the bottom it says there are no allegations against Mo Farah of wrong doing. So let’s just be clear, there’s no allegation against me.”
