Antoine Griezmann declared he is looking to become a “key player” as he was unveiled at Barcelona on Sunday.
The 28-year-old striker moved to the Camp Nou this week from Atletico Madrid after the Catalans met his €120million buy-out clause.
He was unveiled at the club’s stadium at a press conference on Sunday evening and the France international spoke about his intention to make an impact at Barcelona.
“A new challenge. I will try to challenge myself. Not to feel too comfortable but rather go out there to try to find my own place,” said the French World Cup winner.
“To become a starting player and become a key player in a new great club. And to try to win La Liga, Copa del Rey and Champions League. What is left for me to have in my trophies shelf.”
