Sheringham, who won the treble with the Red Devils in 1999 and was capped 51 times by England, discussed the form of Zlatan and how well he has adapted to life in the Premier League.
And, after playing in the annual England vs Scotland legends match at the Jebel Ali Centre of Excellence, the 50-year-old also praised Spurs hitman Harry Kane for his incredible run of form.
Sheringham was on the losing side on Friday as the Tartan Army ran out 8-4 victors.
