Former Chelsea star Didier Drogba discussed on Thursday his candidacy for president of Ivorian Football Federation at a press conference in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
Drogba, 41, became a legend at Marseille and Chelsea before retiring in 2018 at Phoenix Rising. He also represented Les Elephants 105 times from 2002-14, scoring 65 goals.
The former centre forward has now set his sights on leading his nation’s football association.
