Manchester United moved within a point of top-four after they beat Burnley by 2-0 on Saturday.
Goals from Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford sealed all three points for Man United who have now won two Premier League games in a row.
While the three points delighted manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the Norwegian also took heart from the team’s defensive display against Sean Dyche’s men.
It was the first clean-sheet for Manchester United in 15 games, with their previous blank slate coming over three months ago.
Manchester United will next face Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal in London on January 2 as they push to get themselves into Champions League qualification spots.
