Real Madrid head coach Zinedine Zidane said that he is not worried about his position at the club despite the team underperforming in the last few weeks.
And in a press conference on Monday on the eve of their Champions League Group A match at Galatasaray, Real captain Sergio Ramos claimed that all the players are with the Frenchman in this difficult moment.
The Spanish giants are bottom of the group table with just one point from the first two games – a 3-0 defeat at PSG and 2-2 draw at home against Club Brugge.
“Yes, but it’s always been like that,” said Zidane when asked if he felt that his job is at risk. “I have been at Real Madrid for 18 years, when I was a player the same thing used to happen to me.
“There is always pressure here. The only thing for me and for the players is to prepare for the match. We are aware of the situation, but whatever happens tomorrow nothing is going to change.”
