The epic ‘Conquer the Game’ tournament was held in Dubai at the Koora Dome in Oud Metha. The tournament kicked off on Friday (July 15) at 8am and ended on Saturday at 12am, totaling a staggering 16 hours of continuous play.
180 5 a-side local football teams battled it out against each other for the last man standing, fiercely competing together, with the Abu Dhabi Team emerging as the triumphant winners of the tournament.
Tournament winners were awarded cumulatively 21,000AED worth of vouchers by Sun & Sand Sports and all who participated were given the chance to customize their team’s jerseys.
Teams from all nationalities joined in the fun, with the event running on into the early hours of Saturday making for a tense and emotional competition. The Euros may be over, but the love for the game runs deep in the UAE!
