Remember August 2012, when  Joe Lauzon caught Jamie Varner in one of the nicest triangle we have ever seen?

Well, the Gracie Brothers are back with a breakdown of that fight, which eventually won the Fight of the Night bonus, and Submission of the Night went to who else but Lauzon.

The analysis to how Lauzon got the tap-in is worth a listen and you might want to tune in to the above video from UFC

Do you think it was great presence of mind from Lauzon that night?

Former UFC lightweight and welterweight champion BJ Penn finally makes his long-awaited return to the Octagon on Sunday night, when he will face Yair Rodriguez.

Penn has not fought in the UFC since July 2014, but was due to return last year before a suspension and then injury delayed his comeback. Penn has not won a UFC fight since 2010.

Rodriguez was the winner of The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America in 2014, and currently holds a 9-1-0 record in the UFC.

It’s a clash of old-school vs new-school, as Penn, a living UFC legend, will look to subdue one of the UFC’s hottest up-and-coming prospects.

This is the second UFC event ever being hosted in Phoenix.
