    The Golden State Warriors wrapped up a 4-1 series win over the Houston Rockets with a comfortable 114-81 success.

    Klay Thompson led the way with 27 points, stepping up to the plate in MVP Stephen Curry’s absence, while Draymond Green had nine rebounds and eight assists.

    Courtney Lee’s three-pointer in the final 30 seconds gave the Charlotte Hornets a 90-88 win which puts them one away from clinching the series.

    Lee sank from distance with 25.2 seconds to go to put the Hornets ahead and they held on to move 3-2 up.

    Marvin Williams top-scored for the Hornets with 17 points while Dwyane Wade led the Heat with 25.

    The Portland Trail Blazers are also just one win away from the second round after a 108-98 triumph at the Los Angeles Clippers.

    CJ McCollum led with 27 points to ensure his side could close it out on Friday in Portland.
