It's nation against nation as 20 pre-qualified teams will go head-to-head in an intense and exciting military stretcher-style race.
The event is designed to raise money and awareness for charity and provides and opportunity for the UAE fitness community to engage in some friendly but fierce competition.
In each leg of the race, the weight on the stretcher will increase from 20kg up to as much as 400kg. Each event will take five minutes but will require a mix of strength, speed and endurance.
The winning three teams on the 28th November will give a donation to three nomiated local childrens special needs centres in Dubai: Rashid Paediatric Therapy Centre, Manzil Centre and Al Noor Centre for Special Needs
