The tournament and charity dinner raises much needed funds for the J9 Foundation, a charity founded by legendary South African rugby scrum half, Joost van der Westhuizen, a Motor Neuron Disease (MND) sufferer himself.
The Ryder Cup style-format features teams wearing custom, one-off, brightly coloured socks, and has the players following a set of rules designed to put them well out of their comfort zone.

Joost will be travelling to Dubai to host the event and will once again captain his team against this year’s local captain of Industry, Kez Taylor, Managing Director of ALEC Construction.
