The Dubai International Swimming Championship returns to location for the fourth year, as a FINA qualification for the Second Youth and Olympic Games for 2014.
The event encourages swimmers from all over the world to participate in this major swimming competition. UAE born Serbian Velimir Stjepanovic, who finished fifth at the Olympic Games in 2012 at the age of 18, will be part of the event.
