The Workout Room @ Monte Carlo Beach Club

The Workout Room offers a 257 sqm space with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the manicured landscaping and the beach beyond, you’ll start to feel better simply by being there. Our highly-trained expert staff will also design bespoke fitness or wellness programmes especially for your personal aims, and be on hand to encourage and help you to progress with them. With sophisticated state-of-the-art Technogym® and cardio-monitoring equipment (each with individual TVs and media players) on hand, you can measure how much fitter you are becoming with every session. Classes including Tabata, Core Conditioning, Super Ciruits and Pilates are conducted in the Studio Room or, in the cooler months, on the lush lawns outside.
