People love to be in the water, especially in the UAE where it’s both fun and cooling in the hot weather! Swimming is an essential part of both children’s and adult’s leisure activities and is a great way to exercise too, because waters natural properties. Their introduction to swimming should really take place before children take their first steps to gain advantage of the preceding Pre-Natal conditions in the mother’s body.
Getting them in the water as early on in life as possible will make children comfortable and confident swimmers. Under the supervision of qualified swimming instructors, children and adults can enjoy the water and learn swimming techniques and safety in the water.
