While not taking place bright and early on a work day, this Saturday’s debut rave is a fantastic way to recover from Friday night and continue to make the most of your weekend feeling fighting fit.
Take the UAE’s favourite trampoline universe, Dubai’s non-stop party animals, mix it up with awesome live beats and you’ve got yourself the recipe to start your day on the biggest high imaginable. BOUNCE’s quirky Al Quoz venue will be transformed into the ultimate club land (strobe lights and all) at sunrise to give even those that value a lie-in the best reason to dive out of bed on a Saturday.
Staff have put together a super-charged exercise regime that will kick off from 07:00 onwards. It includes 15-minute rotations of various workouts to keep your energy pumping, fat burning and your muscles working; including Body Postures, Cardio Blast, Boxercise and Zumba on the dance floor.
You won’t need coffee when you’re in the company of award-winning BOUNCE Fit trainer, Edigar Scott – who last year won ‘Group Exercise Instructor of the Year’ at the 2015 FitAwards – and he will be leading activities, which also include Wallrunning and Trampolining tutorials for any total beginners.
You can also try your hand at BOUNCE’s popular full body-toning class BOUNCE Fit – a 60-minute smile-inducing workout illustrating all the hidden benefits of free jumping.
