Swim in a beautiful salt water lagoon, mountain bike your way over the rough and challenging terrain, then trail run through the mountains to the finish! Sport and Championship course distances are open to individuals and teams. This new and exciting terrain adds an extra dimension to the usual physical challenges!
Championship Distance: 1.5km Sea Swim + 35k Mountain Bike + 10km Trail Run
Sport Distance: 750m Sea Swim + 18.5km Mountain Bike + 5km Trail Run
Join them for food at a social gathering on Friday night, get to meet your fellow competitors and to bed early ready for your event the next day.
