  • Romelu Lukaku’s remarkable four-goal performance for Everton on Saturday in their 6-3 win over Bournemouth brought up a Premier League milestone: the Belgian’s hat-trick was the 300th in Premier League history.

    In honour of the landmark, the Premier League is celebrating with some of the most significant hat-tricks over the last 25 seasons.

    From Eric Cantona opening the hat-trick account – before he was a Manchester United player – to a reminder of the player with the most Premier League hat-tricks.

    The Premier League’s last such milestone came in 2009, when Yossi Benayoun scored the 200th Premier League hat-trick.
